Our arrangements for hosting people with high disabilities

The necessary arrangements to prepare our resort to receive people with disabilities and special needs are one of our most important and highest priorities, within the framework of our continuous efforts and endeavors since our inception until today to build and design a resort suitable for receiving Saudi and Arab families in general, is for the Tamara Resort to be an integrated resort that provides a unique and smooth experience for all its visitors alike and to provide all the necessary equipment and international standards to create a resort suitable for all members of the Arab family.

We work within Tamara Resort on several factors and high and precise standards to create a suitable environment to receive people with disabilities and facilitate their stay within the resort, starting from the resort gate to the smallest and most precise details in order to provide a distinguished service and an enjoyable experience for all our visitors, provided that these arrangements include the following:

  1. Raising awareness among our team within the resort regarding their role in providing all necessary support to people with disabilities and training them on ways to provide the necessary support in emergencies, as this aspect carries importance in how our team deals with people with disabilities
  2. Equipping all public roads and public activities within the resort with international controls and standards to help people with disabilities move and move easily within the resort
  3. Equipping the bathrooms, restaurant, café, reception, grocery store, mosque, games room and even the roads leading to the beaches with paved roads to facilitate movement within the resort
  4. Providing designated parking spaces outside and at each chalet and residential unit
  5. Equipping the villas and chalets internally with all the necessary equipment to provide comfortable accommodation for people with disabilities, and we also worked on equipping all roads leading to the residential unit from the external roads and to the pool The beach to support and facilitate movement to and from the residential unit
